No! You only need a table of contents when you have a longer paper that requires multiple subject headings or chapters. Short papers, such as a 2 page reflection paper, do not need a table of contents.
The Gateway Seminary Turabian Standards will give you further guidance in Turabian style.

Go to library.gs.edu.
The tab "Seek First" is already selected for you. Type topic or subject terms into the search box below the tabs and click "Find."
There are several ways to limit your results. For most of your coursework, click on the checkbox to the left of your results labeled, "Scholarly (Peer Reviewed) Journals."
This will remove non-academic items such as sermons and devotionals. For more guidance on finding articles for exegesis, click here.

Yes, if you live more than 10 miles away from one of our campuses and don't take classes on campus, you may request we mail books to you. The library also can scan and send parts of books to you (usually less than 10% of the total pages). Instructions for these are on the ICL/ILL/Bookbag webpage"
Once face to face classes resume at a campus, this service may have a longer distance restriction in place. Please check our COVID-19 webpage for current information

Search for commentaries in the library catalog or Seek First. For search terms, use the name of the book of the Bible you are searching for and the word 'commentary.'
search: joshua commentary
In the search results list, remember to limit the results to Gateway Seminary and 'books' in the left column. Now you will see all the commentaries we have on that book of the Bible.
Wondering which commentaries are best? Check out these resources or email our reference librarian.
